The arithmetic, free and unblocked.
Seven calculators that run the product's own engine in your browser. No email wall, no credit meter, no result held back behind a signup form.
- Nothing is gated. The answer appears as you type.
- Nothing you enter leaves your browser — there is no request to send it in.
- Each one is the same code the product uses, so they cannot disagree with it.
- Loan amortisationEvery payment split into interest and principal, with interest-only periods and a balloon handled properly. The same schedule the product puts in front of an underwriter.
- SBA loanThe monthly payment, the equity you will be asked to inject, and the coverage ratio the programme expects — read from dated configuration, with the version in force printed beside it.
- TAM, SAM and SOMCount the buyers, price the category, then take the share your capacity can actually serve. The arithmetic is shown line by line, because a share-of-a-large-market claim is the classic unfundable market section.
- DSCRThe single ratio a credit decision turns on, measured against the threshold in force for the programme you are applying under — with the guidance version printed so a loan officer can verify rather than doubt.
- Unit economicsLifetime value on gross margin, not revenue; the ratio to acquisition cost; and how many months of gross profit it takes to get the acquisition cost back.
- Break-evenHow much you have to sell before the business covers its fixed costs — computed on contribution margin, and on cash as well as on paper.
- Burn and runwayGross burn, net burn, and the month the cash runs out — with the date named rather than left as a number of months to count on your fingers.
Why these are free
Because gating them would be a bad trade. A calculator behind an email form gets used once and linked to never; one that just works gets bookmarked, and the people who bookmark it are the people who eventually need a whole plan.
They also make a claim we would otherwise have to ask you to take on trust. Every number here is produced by the same modules the product runs — the amortisation ledger, the metrics, the dated regulatory configuration. If a threshold changes, it changes here on the same day.
When one number is not the question.
The full model links all of these together — three statements, sixty months, and a review that blocks export until the prose and the numbers agree.
